International Driving License
An international driving license is an
authorized document that permits to drive vehicles in foreign countries. To run

You can apply for an International Driving The license in any of the four ways listed below:
● You can apply for an International Driving
License offline at the Regional Transport Office. For applying offline for a
driving license, go to your nearest RTO office and fill the CMV-4A, CMV1 and
CMV1-A forms accurately. After filling these forms, submit these at the RTO
office with all relevant documents. You have to pay Rs 1,000 and get your
International Driving License within a week.
● The obtain an International Driving License
online, visit your state transport department's website and download the
CMV-4A, CMV1, and CMV1-A forms online. After filling these forms, submit these
forms with all relevant documents at your nearest RTO office. You have to pay a
fee of Rs 1,000 and can get your International Driving License within a week.
● You can also obtain your International
Driving License from the International Control Traffic Association (ITCA). For
this, visit the International Control Traffic Association's official website,
fill and submit the following documents with all relevant pieces of
information. Documents Required:
○ A scanned copy of your national driving
license and passport
○ Pay the processing fee of 34 USD of
obtaining the License
○ Passport-sized photograph
