The International Driving License (IDL), also known as the International Driving Permit, is any valid
required by the law's identification document that allows the holder to drive a
personal motor vehicle in any country or jurisdiction that identifies the IDL
is. It must be accompanied by a valid driving license issued in the country of
the citizenship holder. If the right to do so has been issued by anyone then
international permission is considered invalid. It can also be considered
invalid if the format differs broadly from the Vienna conventions.
An international driving license in India is issued to an applicant who holds a valid Indian driver's
license and is a resident of India. The application will be made in writing to
the IDP or to the RTO, within whose jurisdiction the application resides,
including visiting the specified countries and length of stay, etc. Application
requirements are:

driving license by him.
- Copies of passport, visa (where applicable) and air tickets for verification.
- Fixed fee with a user fee.
- Legal risk
If you are pulled over
and caught violating an international driving permit, local laws apply. For
example, the Czech Republic will find you, while in Japan the penalties are
more severe: if you do not do the necessary paperwork, you can be arrested and
even deported.
